At Yperoxo Doro, the process of purchasing and using a voucher is simple and direct:

You select the voucher or gift package you like — from meals and treatments, to activities and travel packages. Each voucher includes details about the service, provider, location and validity period.

You add it to your cart and proceed with the purchase — you can send it to yourself or directly to a friend/relative as a gift, along with a personal message.

After completing the payment, the voucher is sent by email in PDF format, ready for printing or mobile use. Each voucher has a unique code.

For redemption, the recipient simply contacts the partner (as stated on the voucher), books an appointment or schedules the activity and provides the voucher code.

✔️ No additional payment is required during redemption.
✔️ If the email or PDF is lost, we can easily resend it.
✔️ The validity of each voucher is 6 to 12 months — clearly stated on each product.
